Μόλις 12 μέρες έμειναν για την εκκίνηση των αγώνων στον Αίνο.
Για τους αθλητές εκτός Κεφαλονιάς ισχύουν τα δωρεάν εισιτήρια από Αστακό για Σάμη και οι εκπτώσεις από Πόρο. Υπάρχουν ακόμα κάποιες λίγες θέσεις κενές για την δωρεάν διαμονή Η έκπτωση στην μετακίνηση ισχύει για όλους. Φέτος έχουμε την χαρά να συμμετέχουν αθλητές από 8 χώρες του εξωτερικού. Με ευθύνη της διοργάνωσης θα γίνουν οι μετακινήσεις από την διαμονή τους στην εκκίνηση και επιστροφή.
Το πάστα πάρτυ θα γίνει στον Πόρο το Σαββάτο στις 20:00 στην Ταβέρνα Παντελής όπου θα γίνει η τεχνική ενημέρωση και θα δοθούν νούμερα στους παρόντες. Στους υπόλοιπους μια ώρα πριν την εκκίνηση του αγώνα στην αφετηρία. Το μεσημέρι μετά τις απονομές αν ο καιρός το επιτρέψει στις 14:30 ο πολιτιστικός Σύλλογος “Το Πυργί” θα έχει κέρασμα σουβλάκια.
Η εκκίνηση για τον Μαραθώνιο 40κμ και ημιμαραθώνιο 23κμ θα δοθούν στις 07:00 το πρωί και στις 09:30 θα δοθεί εκκίνηση για τον αγώνα των 11κμ σε καινούργια διαδρομή. Όλοι οι αγώνες θα ξεκινήσουν από το Χαράκτι ‘’Πυργί’’ και θα είναι κυκλικοί.

4th Ainos mountain marathon
Only 12 days left for the start of the races in Ainos.
For athletes outside Kefalonia, free tickets from Astakos to Sami and discounts from Poros apply. There are still some vacancies for the free accommodation.
Transportation from their accommodation to the start and return will be the responsibility of the organization. The pasta party will take place in Poros on Saturday at 20:00 at Taverna Pantelis where the technical briefing will take place and numbers will be given to those present. To the rest one hour before the start of the race at the starting point.
The start for the 40 km Marathon and 23 km half marathon will be given at 07:00 in the morning and at 09:30 it will be given for the 11 km race on a new route. All races will start from Charakti and will be circular.
