Το γραφείο τύπου της TUI UK εχει κυκλοφορήσει το παρακάτω δελτίο τύπου στο οποίο μεταξύ άλλων αναφέρει την αναβολή των πτήσεων της εταιρείας στην Κεφαλονιά έως τις 31 Αυγούστου. Ομως μέχρι αυτή τη στιγμή, ώρα15.00 μμ στο σύστημα κρατήσεων της TUI εμφανίζονται οι πτήσεις της Κεφαλονιάς. Αυτό μπορεί να σημαίνει είτε ότι είναι λάθος το δελτίου τύπου ή ότι ακόμα δεν έχει ενημερωθεί το σύστημα κρατήσεων της TUI. Εχουμε απευθυνθεί επίσημα στην TUI UK και περιμένουμε απάντηση.
Further update on the resumption of travel

We are continually reviewing our holiday programme and cancellations in line with Government updates every three weeks. We are currently operating to the following destinations:
Green: Madeira, Malta, Porto Santo and Antigua, Barbados, Gibraltar, Grenada, Iceland and Jersey on non-TUI flights
Amber: Balearics (Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca) Corfu, Crete (Heraklion), Cyprus (Larnaca and Paphos), Gran Canaria, Jamaica, Lanzarote, Kos, Morocco (Marrakech), Portugal, Rhodes, Skiathos, St Lucia, Tenerife, and Zakynthos
The following destinations are planned to start:
From 24th July: Fuerteventura and Mainland Spain (Alicante)
From 25th July: Mainland Spain (Malaga) From 27th July: Crete (Chania)
From 29th July: La Palma
From 1st August: Croatia (Dubrovnik)
From 2nd August: Croatia (Split)
From 3rd August: Croatia (Pula)
Due to ongoing uncertainty around travel the following destinations are cancelled until:
Up to and including 31st July:
Canada, Kenya, Seychelles and Tobago (non-TUI flights) Greece (Halkidiki, Preveza, Samos, Santorini, Thassos), Mainland Spain (except Alicante and Malaga) and Morocco (Agadir)
Up to and including 1st August: Switzerland (TUI Lakes & Mountains) with non-TUI flights
Up to and including 8th August: Bulgaria (Bourgas) Up to and including 10th August: Italy (TUI Lakes & Mountains) with non-TUI flights Up to and including 15th August: Aruba, Florida and Turkey Austria, Slovenia (TUI Lakes & Mountains including non-TUI flights), India, Indonesia, Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand (Phuket), UAE and USA (non-TUI flights)
Up to and including 31st August: Kefalonia
Up to and including 4th September: Cape Verde, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Mexico and Tunisia
Up to and including 31st October: Bulgaria (Varna), Mainland Spain (Girona), Malta, Montenegro and Italy (Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria)
We won’t take any customers to Red destinations or those which require quarantine on arrival, unless this can be foregone by a Covid test.
If we need to cancel holidays because of updated Government guidance, or after reviewing our holiday programme, we will contact customers and aim to give at least seven days advance notice.
These customers can request a full cash refund, or to change to a later date or alternative holiday with a booking incentive.
We know some customers may be unsure about travelling this summer, so to offer continued flexibility and reassurance, fee-free changes can be made up to 14 days before travel for customers due to depart up to and including 31 October.
All holidays departing up to and including 31 October include COVID cover. Holiday changes can be made through Manage My Booking, in a TUI store, or by calling us on 0203 4512688.
